Servers, Servers and Servers

The question is Dell or HP.

Anyone have any thoughts? rodney@eleven2.com

We are looking to order quite a few 2x Dual Core 5130’s in the next few days for something coming up and have been trying to get ahold of someone at Dell or HP, but they don’t seem to call back. Just wanted to see if someone has any suggestions?

    Love the new look blog by the way. No opinion on the HP/Dell decision though.

    I think HP is finally making some changes and getting back to making quality products, they suffered for a while. Dell on the other hand fits a cost efficient and economical business profile. You have heard back from either?

    I have ties to Appl..errr, but I am supposed to tell you to get an Xserve because of that ;)
    On a side note, I know the local Dell Rep, so if you don’t hear back give me a shout.

    I got ahold of Dell, I think we will be placing a order next week of half a dozen or so new servers.
