A direct line to Management

Here at eleven2, we strive to offer the best products and service in the hosting industry.   One of the ways we do this is by taking our customer feedback and implementing their suggestions and ideas.  So today we are announcing a direct line of contact to our management team.

We know that when you are experiencing issues with your hosting account, it can be frustrating and stressful and It doesn’t help if a technician doesn’t properly understand you or your issue is placed in the wrong department.  We want to be as helpful as possible to our customers and we always want to improve our support so opening this line to our management team is a no brainer.

What will the Eleven2 manager do? 

They will review your techinal support ticket and assign the appropriate people to the ticket to get it resolved and address and correct any failures of the initial staff assigned to the ticket.

The customer service department is not meant for direct technical support.

How do I contact an Eleven2 manager?

Email theteam@eleven2.com and include the following information:

– Ticket ID

– Email listed on the account

– A brief summary of the complaint and what you feel needs to be done differently

When will the customer service department be open?

An Eleven2 manager will be available from 8 am until midnight CDT Monday through Friday.
