Support System Changes

Last week we emailed all clients let you know that we will be performing a maintenance on our Eleven2 helpdesk, tonight starting at 9pm CST.  We anticipate it will complete on October 20, 2am CST.  During this window the support desk will not be accessible, however  Live Chat will be available to assist you in anyway we can.  We will be migrating to Kayako, which is a much more thoroughly designed system, that has many features that will benefit both you as a client, and us as a company.   We can create SLAs, track staff responses in a  much more effective manner and overall provide a better service

 

Update 2AM CST: The upgrade is taking longer than orgional estimated we are at about 85% completion at this point and estimate possibly another hour or so.  Thanks for your patience.

Update 3AM CST: We are still pushing along here, we do apologize for the delay but should have this completed within the next hour.

Update 4:30AM CST: We are done!

The new support center uses your existing brain login and will always remain synced so there is no need to juggle passwords.  We have also preserved your existing ticket history so we will be able to refrence any past issues as needed.  We thank you for being a continued valueable client of eleven2 and look forward to serving you in this new chapter of eleven2 support!  As always if you have any feedback please don’t hesitate to contact our managment team at theteam@eleven2.com
